WHAT IS ZEOLITE?
lithos-natural_bergbau-f5611816

WHAT EFFECT HAS ZEOLITE?
The special binding properties of  zeolite follow a well-defined  selectivity order. This means that on the one hand it can be used as a filter against unwanted pollutants, but in other applications it can also be used as a carrier material in order to dispense certain desired substances in a metered and long-term manner.

This width is easy to explain Example of a feed additive: In the animal's intestines, zeolite binds, among other things, the harmful ammonium and thus promotes health. After excretion, the odor nuisance caused by ammonia in the stable is also reduced. If the zeolite is then applied to the field with the manure, it continuously releases the nitrogen contained in the ammonium to the plant roots and reduces nitrate leaching. The zeolite grains remain in the soil and repeatedly act as a water and nutrient buffer.

HOW DOES THE
PRODUCTION OF
ZEOLITE WORK?
The special features of the zeolite require a lot of experience and care in production.
It starts with the raw material being carefully selected to ensure consistent quality.
Especially due to the binding ability of zeolite, particular care must be taken to ensure that no contamination with possible pollutants has already occurred from the outset. The zeolite is then crushed in various stages, dried and ground using a variety of technologies for different applications. In some products, the zeolite is doped with certain other ingredients. Finally, packaging and continuous control are carried out using our certified quality assurance systems.
